The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles published a notice on 1 July 2024 stating that Grand Capital Limited has at no point been authorised under sections 46(1) and (2) of the Securities Act 2007 to deal in securities in Seychelles (fsaseychelles.sc)

Grand Capital's own site describes the company as an International Business Company registered in Seychelles and licensed in the Comoros.
