What the record says
The retail Doo Prime / D Prime licences-and-regulations page lists only two licences for the client-facing brand: FSA Seychelles SD090 and VFSC Vanuatu 700238.
The FCA, ASIC and SEC/FINRA registrations belong to sibling Doo Group companies (Doo Clearing, Doo Financial Australia, Elish & Elish Inc.), not to the Doo Prime retail entity.
Doo Prime's website warns US visitors that services are not provided in their jurisdiction and that use is governed by the laws of Vanuatu.
Doo Group states it was established in 2014.
