CySEC's register of former investment firms lists CommexFx Ltd (company registration 244012, licence 153/11 issued 18/10/2011) with the licence marked '(Withdrawn)'.

CySEC's board decided on 25 July 2016 to wholly withdraw CommexFx Ltd's CIF authorisation; the decision was announced on 6 April 2017.

The MFSA republished CySEC's withdrawal notice, stating the company was no longer authorised to provide investment services and had three months to settle obligations and resolve client complaints.

Finance Magnates reported a further €100,000 CySEC fine against CommexFX in February 2016, while the broker's own site displayed a 'temporarily suspended' notice.

The commexfx.com domain served a GoDaddy 'get this domain' parking page when checked on 2026-09-02.
